Pascal Lauffer started his career as a software developer before moving into technology leadership roles, serving as CIO and CTO at Societe Generale Investment Banking, FIMAT, and the New York Stock Exchange.

He later focused on organizational transformation, leading the post-merger integration of Newedge, a $1.5 billion revenue industry leader. He also co-founded and headed a turnaround fund, where he completed three major acquisitions and their subsequent business transformations.

Pascal is now CEO and Co-founder of Onbrane, a fintech company leading a modernization of primary debt capital markets.
