Panel member of Current challenges of the CP market

Franck HEBEISEN is Managing Director of ACI France AFTB and Treasurer of ACI FMA the leading international association of market professional in foreign exchange and money markets.

He is a founding member of the STEP market Committee (2006) and qualified member of the « CNO – Comité de Normalisation Obligataire » and member of the European Monney Market Experts Committee.

Until July 2012 he was running the Short Term Paper Trading and Origination team of Société Générale in Paris. In this position, he built over more than 15 years a significant experience on Short Term Papers markets organisation and distribution and ran various working groups and initiatives relating to harmonisation and money market development at French and European level.
