Benoît Usciati
Head of the short and medium-term securities division, Banque de France
Benoît has been working for Banque de France for more than 15 years.
He is currently Head of the short and medium-term securities division at Banque de France. This division is in charge of the oversight of the Negotiable European Commercial Paper (NEU CP) market.
Previously, he was successively senior market economist (with a strong focus on monetary policy implementation) and deputy-head of Assets valuation division at Banque de France. Between 2019 and 2022, he also worked for the French Treasury as Regional financial counsellor in the French Embassy in Moscou.
Benoît is graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris-Saclay (2004) and Sciences-Po Paris (2004).
